At Taman Nesa, Sitiawan, Perak State, we reinvented the Bumbung Panjang (“tall roof”) of Perak’s 200-year-old Rumah Kutai into a row of sharp, striking gables.

Modern in form, local in spirit. It’s now the signature of the whole development.
