Located at Sitiawan, a town where one of the few #fuchow communities outside China has resided for generations, the aprtment block was conceptualised with contextual reference to the Fuchow cork-carving heritage.

Hanging gardens punctuate the blocks, provide landscaped social & recreational spaces for the resident & allow the sea breeze to penetrate the structure.
